RECIPE FOR: STEAK OR CHICKEN FAJITAS
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken or Sirloin Steak
2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
1/2 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
1/2 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
2 Medium Onions
2-3 Bell Peppers
DIRECTIONS:
In a medium mixing bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice garlic, chili powder, cumin, red pepper, black pepper, salt. Slice protein, place in mixing bowl. Mix it up and let it sit. Slice onion and bell peppers and place in bowl. Preheat skillet and put some oil in that bad boy toss in the protein for a couple minutes until browned. Place protein back in bowl. Toss in onion & peppers until soft then bring back the protein. Mix and cook together for several minutes until protein is thoroughly cooked. Fix it up to your liking and enjoy! Save me one (:
