This is a Non refundable depost to hold and reserve a Whole side of Pork, that will be deducted from the total of the whole pork upon pick up.
We will walk you through the cut sheet process to help you determine your sausage flavors and options, Ham, thickness of pork chops and more.
We charge $2.75 lb hanging weight on the hog plus processing. We use local butchers to process our pork. The average hanging weight range for our pork is 170 - 200lbs. Processing charges may vary based on curing & smoking, sausage smoking or stuffing charges, we are happy to answer more questions in more detail, please contact us.
